Audition
Upload an audition video of your protest song using the “Contestant Instructions” you received in your email inbox after you registered. Multiple songs may be submitted but total song length must not exceed 4 minutes per song. Auditions must be submitted by March 21, 2026 @ 12 pm CST

Lyrics
Lyrics must be family-friendly due to the nature of our family fun rally and music fest environment. Lyrics will be submitted for approval alongside your audition. Remember that this is a nonpartisan event and we must refrain from allowing explicitly hateful language.

Performing
Total set limit will be 5 minutes per song. You may perform as many approved songs as can fit into your total time slot. Unfortunately, we cannot allow acts to run overtime. You will be asked about your sound system (if you have one) when you signup as a contestant.

How To Vote
Online voting will be open until March 21, 2026 at 12pm CST and will reopen at 11am Saturday March 28, 2026 during the LIVE event.
Every $1 donated is equal to 1 vote. There are no purchase limits. Attendees will then vote for the Trophy Winner online or optionally vote in person at our “Voting Booth”.

Get Votes
Contestants will have a full profile page to share and promote. Send your link to everyone you know and ask them to vote for you. When posting on your social channels ALWAYS use the #nokingsnbtx hashtag. Optionally tag @indivisiblecomal. We will also share your profile on our socials as well!

The Trophy
Our inaugural No Kings NBTX “Voices of the People” trophy will be awarded to the band or artist with the most votes as represented by the donations received at our voting booth. By entering the competition, contestants agree to be photographed with and by the No Kings 3 NBTX Organizing Team. Additionally, we will announce your victory online!
